Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of sanctumbusinessadvisory.com (the “site”), run by Sanctum Business Advisory LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Sanctum”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not take account of your business’s circumstances. Don’t act on it without advice that fits your situation.

Sanctum Business Advisory LLC is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax, audit, review, compilation or legal services. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser or lender, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell securities.

No client relationship

Using the site, sending us a message or booking a call does not make you a client. A client relationship starts only when we both sign an engagement letter, and that letter governs the work. Please don’t send confidential information through the site before then.

Prices

Prices on the site are our published list prices in US dollars and may change. They are not an offer. Insight is shown as a starting price; your actual fee is confirmed after a first look at your books and set out in your engagement letter. Annual-payment discounts, introductory offers, fees, guarantees, credits and success fees apply only as written in a signed engagement letter.

Figures and examples

Comparisons, examples and market figures on the site, such as salary data, are for illustration. They come from public sources or our own estimates, may be out of date, and are not a promise of any result or saving.

Using the site

You may view and use the site for your own business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use it for anything unlawful or misleading

  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works

  • Scrape, copy or republish its content in bulk, including to train AI models, without our written permission

  • Submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms

Our content and brand

The site’s content and design, the Sanctum name and owl logo, and our service names (Insight, Foresight, Oversight, Hindsight, Snapshot, Strengthen, Strike and Secure) belong to Sanctum or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Any other use needs our written permission.

Third-party product names and logos on the site, such as accounting and payment software, belong to their owners. We show them only to describe tools we work with, and their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to services run by others, including Calendly for booking calls and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Text messages

If you text us, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Sanctum Business Advisory LLC about your enquiry, scheduled calls and, if you become a client, your engagement. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, or email gregory.askew@sanctumbusinessadvisory.com, for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful code.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Sanctum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Work we do for clients is governed by the engagement letter, not by this section.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result, including legal fees.
