Who it’s for

Owner-run US businesses with $1M-$20M in revenue, usually in one of these four situations.

You do the books yourself

Evenings and weekends go on bookkeeping, and you’re still not sure the numbers are right.

Where you’ll be

Clean monthly numbers by business day 15 at the latest, without touching the books.

Up to $66,000¹

Up to $66,000¹

a year less than a full-time bookkeeper

You’ve outgrown your bookkeeper

Your bookkeeper records the past. You need forecasts to plan ahead, but a full-time finance hire isn’t justified yet.

Where you’ll be

A 13-week cash view and a monthly pack that tell you what to do next.

Up to $205,000²

a year less than a full-time finance manager

You’re borrowing or refinancing

The bank wants a loan package and covenant reporting, and a thin file means a smaller loan or a no.

Where you’ll be

A lender package prepared the way a credit team reads it, with follow-up questions answered until the decision.

$10,000³

$10,000³

saved each year in interest on a $1M loan, for every percentage point off the rate

You’re selling or buying

Buyers test every number, and anything you can’t prove becomes a reason to cut the price.

Where you’ll be

Earnings you can evidence, a sale pack that holds up in diligence, and support through to close.

¹ Bookkeeping clerks: BLS median pay (May 2025) plus benefits at 30% of total pay (BLS, June 2026), against 12 months of Insight at $495.

² Financial managers: BLS median pay (May 2025) plus benefits at 30% of total pay, against 12 months of Foresight at $2,750.

⁴ BizBuySell Insight Report, Q3 2026: average cash flow multiple of 3.73x for businesses sold above $1M, applied to $100,000 of earnings.

Not the right fit if you mainly need tax returns, tax advice, an audit or legal advice. Those stay with your CPA and attorney, and we work alongside them.

Banks and investors decided on deals using numbers I built. Now I build yours to the same standard.

I’m Greg. I spent my career on the side of the table that says yes or no, building the financial models, due diligence and lender documents that investment committees and banks rely on. Most recently that was as a Senior Investment Analyst at NextEnergy Capital, and before that in ING’s energy project advisory team, across more than $2.5 billion of enterprise value in deals. I know what a lender or buyer looks for, and what makes them hesitate. Sanctum brings that standard to owner-run businesses every month, so your numbers are ready when the big decision comes and you always know where you stand.

Guarantees

What we guarantee

These apply to every client from the first invoice.

On time, or 20% off

If a monthly pack, Snapshot or Strengthen deliverable is late, 20% of that fee comes off your next invoice. This applies when your data reached us by the agreed date.

No overage

The tier price is the bill. If you need more, we agree an add-on or a move up a tier before any extra work starts.

Lender questions answered

On a loan or an acquisition, we answer the lender’s follow-up questions until the credit decision, for up to 90 days, at no extra cost.

The 20% credit applies once a month at most. Full terms are in your engagement letter.

Sanctum Speed

Your deadlines come first

We agree deadlines with you at the start, and we meet them. You can reach us any day of the week, weekends included, and if we miss a deadline you get 20% off that month’s fee.

Common questions

Asked before every engagement.

Why don’t I just use AI?

AI is good at sorting transactions, and the accounting tools we use already have it built in. What it can’t do is stand behind your numbers. It still makes confident mistakes: an invoice misread, a payment booked in the wrong month, a loan repayment split wrongly between interest and principal. When a bank, a buyer or your CPA asks why a number is what it is, they want a person who checked it and can answer for it, and most AI bookkeeping services still have accountants reviewing the work for exactly that reason. With Sanctum, a person reviews your numbers every month before they reach you and is on the end of the phone when questions come. Your data also stays in your own QuickBooks or Xero file, under access you control, and is never pasted into public AI tools.
