Who runs Sanctum, and why I started it.
Why I started Sanctum
Finance work to the standard lenders expect, for owner-run businesses
I’ve spent my career on the investor side of deals, building the models, due diligence and lender documents that banks and investment committees rely on before they commit money. Owner-run businesses rarely get that level of preparation. I started Sanctum to give them accurate monthly numbers, and financials a lender or buyer will accept when the time comes.

The founder

Before Sanctum, I worked in investment banking, project finance and private equity, focused on energy and infrastructure. As a Senior Investment Analyst, I built and reviewed the financial models behind investment cases, and worked through legal, technical and financial due diligence on solar and battery storage transactions.
That work showed me what lenders and buyers look for, and how quickly a deal stalls when the numbers can’t answer their questions. At Sanctum, I bring the same standard to owner-run businesses, so the books are ready before a loan, sale or acquisition is on the table. You deal with me directly, from the first call onwards.
